Unique Home Decor Gifts FAQs

SHIPPING

  • Orders are handmade in house by Belewsy and made to order for delivery within 7 business days of purchase date (does not include weekends or holidays).

  • Orders $35 or more ship for free to the USA via USPS First Class Mail.

  • All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking information.

  • At checkout, you will be given shipping options of:

    • First Class Mail: 3-5 business days 

    • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

    • Keep in mind, these are USPS shipping estimates only. Belewsy is not responsible for USPS delays. ​​​

  • Packages that are returned to Belewsy by USPS will be re-sent once additional postage is purchased, or a refund can be provided, minus the original shipping cost.

  • Belewsy is not responsible and will not provide a refund for lost packages once they are marked "Delivered" by USPS. You will need to take the necessary steps through USPS for a resolution. If this happens to you, it's best to contact USPS immediately with your tracking number. ​

  • Please be sure to double check the shipping address on your order to make sure that it is correct. Belewsy is not able to change shipping addresses once an order has been dropped for shipping.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • All orders (other than custom or personalized orders) are fully refundable if contacted before your order has shipped out.

  • Belewsy does not offer any returns or refunds related to USPS delivery times, USPS delays, or address errors. The buyer is responsible for making sure the address on the order is correct and current and selecting the correct shipping rate.

  • All items are non-refundable and not eligible for returns once shipped.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

  • Belewsy cannot accept returns on gift cards.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST

  • Each item with pre-set personalization options will have an area to enter your personalization on the order screen.

  • If you would like a custom order outside of the options listed, please head over to our "Contact" page and fill out a form with your name, email address and custom request description and Belewsy will be in touch within 24 hours to work on your request!
